Broken or faulty products
If a product is found to be defective, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you are made aware of the problem. A replacement or refund will be organised.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original bag/packaging.
For any purchases where the customer has chosen an incorrect item, the customer has up to 14 days to request an exchange. All exchanges and refunds will be effected upon return of the item in it’s original condition. Any arrangement made prior to the item being returned, will be made at the discretion of Stitched Up Pro Covers. These items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, in the original packaging. All refunds will be completed via the payment gateway that the original order was completed with, ie; If purchased using PayPal, the refund will be completed via PayPal.
If a product is deemed faulty and is required to be returned, Stitched Up Pro Covers will provide a Postage Paid label. This only applies to claims made within 30 days from purchase. Any claims made outside this period will be considered a warranty claim and postage will therefore need to be incurred by the customer.
For any incorrectly chosen purchases that need to be returned, the cost of return postage will be incurred by the customer.
